For example, there are periods at any given part of an economic cycle that may favor certain asset classes or economic sectors over others. ACI may recommend weighting favorable asset classes or sectors slightly heavier, while under-weighting other asset classes or sectors that are typically out of favor in the given market or economic cycle. ACI does not condone or employ market-timing strategies, but leads clients to take advantage of current market conditions while preparing for the next market cycle.
