This notice describes the Privacy Policy of Atlantic Capital Investments, LLC (“ACI”) regarding how ACI and/or its affiliates handle and protect personal information that is received about its prospective, current or former clients/investors.
ACI collects personal information primarily to provide investment management services, communicate information about its products and services, and process requests for information regarding its products and services. Personal information, which may be obtained from discussions with you, by your electronic submission to ACI via internet/email, or by documents you may deliver to ACI, which may include your name, address, telephone number, social security number or tax identification number, assets, net worth, income, bank account information and occupation (collectively, “Personal Information”).
ACI restricts access to Personal Information to only those employees who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to you. These employees are required to maintain and protect the confidentiality of Personal Information. ACI maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect Personal Information.
In order to service your account and process transactions for your account, ACI may provide Personal Information to its affiliates and to nonaffiliated third party financial service providers that assist ACI in servicing your account and have a need for such information, such as broker-dealer or administrator. In addition, ACI may share Personal Information with nonaffiliated third party financial service providers, if such third party entity is under contract to perform services on behalf of ACI, and otherwise as permitted by law. Any such contract entered into by ACI will include provisions designed to ensure that the third party will uphold and maintain privacy standards when handling Personal Information. ACI may also disclose Personal Information to regulatory authorities as required or permitted by applicable law.
Except as described in this Privacy Notice, ACI will not use Personal Information for any other purpose unless ACI describes in advance how such Personal Information will be used and you are given an opportunity to decline approval of such use of your Personal Information.
