Investments
Atlantic Capital Investments, LLC (ACI) utilizes its smart, strategic, and sound investment selection and financial planning processes to arrive at its recommended “best of class” mutual funds and Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) for clients.
ACI's “fee-only” structure and ability to select among thousands of mutual funds and ETFs, provides clients with the highest quality, low-cost, diversified investment choices available in the market today. Most importantly, this fee-only structure is altruistic and client-centered, much unlike the sales-centered and product-centered approaches so commonly found, yet so potentially dangerous to investors, in the traditional brokerage, banking and insurance environments.
The investment selection and monitoring process at ACI is guided by a formal investment policy that can only be achieved responsibly with an unbiased fiduciary level of care and provided by a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA).
To arrive at a unique investment portfolio for an individual, ACI begins the investment selection process with a fund universe of nearly 20,000 mutual fund and Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) share class alternatives.
Quantitative selection criteria includes, but is not limited to, historical fund performance, rank compared to category peers, Expense Ratio, Turnover Ratio, Manager Tenure, risk in relation to reward, volatility as measured by Beta, Standard Deviation, Total Assets, and Total Number of Holdings.
In most cases, ACI will recommend mutual funds and ETFs for their diversity, simplicity, low-cost and prudent asset allocation attributes; but individual securities and bonds may also be used where appropriate.
Ultimately, it is the client's unique investment objectives and life plan that will guide investment and asset allocation decisions.
